I’d not use anyone else. Having any type of building work done can be stressful. Extending a listed building in a conservation area could have been extremely difficult and not worth the bother. Having a builder who understands the complexities and more importantly the right people has made this project possible. And so far (we’re not finished yet) I couldn’t be happier. Pyramid are highly detailed and conscientious. The site is clean. The work is first rate. The sub contractors turn up on time. Steve has invested a huge amount of time working with the planners, conservation officer, and building control to get this complicated build through planning and in the ground. And he’s remained patient even though I am a very difficult and picky customer. I would never use another builder.
