I absolutely LOVE working for Home Instead! I have worked in care for a number of years now and the difference between my previous employment to Home instead is night & day!! Everyone from the recruitment team, to the on board process, to the management are amazing and so lovely and welcoming! They really do go above and beyond to make sure their Care Pro’s have the support needed to take on their job roles! Before joining the North Lan team I was considering changing my career path but I am so glad I found Home Instead to now stay in the career I love so much!For me personally, loving my job so much is all down to Saqib & Frances at the Cumbernauld office who have helped me so much since joining their team!

I have worked for Home Instead North Lanarkshire for 6 months.And I can honestly say it is a fantastic company to work for. From the interview to the induction you are put at ease and made to feel welcome and part of the team. You have great support from the office staff and management and are always there for you.The training was amazing and made me feel confident in what i was doing.I would definitely recommend this company as they have a great work life balance, the pay of rate is good with great benefits and opportunities within the work place.And most importantly they care.
