Alen looked after myself and a couple teammates very well at the 2023 MMA Four Nations . Alen’s expertise provided us with great relief when we needed it most after our fights. We were left feeling brand new! Take our word for it you won’t find a better man for the job, I’ll definitely be going back to Alen.

Had a partial knee replacement and have been attending Alens’ 45 minute session of physio once weekly. Very thorough with the history and service second to none. Very professional and has a great sense of humour. Would highly recommend.

After suffering a traumatic brain injury 6 years ago in a car accident, my mobility has been effected quite significantly and I suffer with pain in my upper and lower body. My mum recommended Alen to me two years ago, since I have been going to him for full body massages every fortnight, my pain has been reduced hugely and my mobility has improved by a great deal, I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Started seeing Alen after repeatedly getting injured while running / marathon training. Alen has been exceptional. Quickly identifying issues in my muscles, and talking me though everything he is doing to address them. Providing lots of expert running advice - stretching, strength building, running form, and sharing from his substantial experience as a runner and sports therapist. I have noticed a significant improvement in my running and have had no injuries since Alen's input. All of this has combined to improve my running confidence and I enjoy running even more as a result. Thanks Alen! Highly recommended.

After seeing my GP several times over monthd with arm, shoulder and neck pain and just getting more and more painkillers, I went to see Alen for treatment. He quickly diagnosed a frozen shoulder and gave me some treatment for it... granted it hurt like hell but i had the best nights sleep in months afterwards, because whatever he did gave me pain relief.Been a couple of times and although i still have some restricted movement in my shoulder, i can use my arm more and the intense pain has gone which i wanted more than anything.Hes a really nice man, easy to talk to and knows his stuff!

I visited Alen after having significant pain in my Achilles/calf whilst training for a marathon. Alen provided expert advice from his years of experience- not only about the physical injury but advice on footwear and recovery too. Professional treatment was provided in a friendly and comfortable setting. Highly recommended!
