Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable family-run business. Very personal service and amazing range of rugs and other products at prices much more reasonable than big stores. Never any pressure to buy.Great that they offer specialised rug cleaning service too. We’ve used it and the results were really good.We’ve bought 4 rugs from Persis now and are really happy with them.

We had been looking for a rug for our sitting room for months,when we came across Persis rugs. We were really impressed with the number and variety of rugs available and also the knowledge of the owners. They were extremely helpful in explaining the manufacture of the rugs, getting the ones we were interested in down from the wall but then, incredibly, delivering the 3 we were interested in to our house, so that we could see what they looked like in situ. Amazing! We are delighted with the one we chose and would highly recommend visiting if you are looking for a quality Persian rug.

My husband and I had driven past Persis many times, not realising what a gem it is. There is a wonderful array of oriental rugs in various sizes and the owners are friendly, informative and extremely helpful. We had been looking for a rug for our living room for some time without success. We weren't specifically looking for an oriental rug but were keeping an open mind and decided to visit Persis. We were blown away with the choice available and came away having bought the most beautiful Persian rug in a lovely design and just the right colours. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase.

My parents have always wanted to buy a Persian rug but they were always under impression that it would be very expensive and hard to maintain. Persis shop was advised to me by a friend and our experience was just amazing! From the moment you walk in until the after sales service: everything is just perfect. Me and my parents were greeted by a lovely couple and they have offered us tea and coffee, they were not trying to sell, but genuinely tried to educate us and tell about the way rugs are made etc. We have chosen a very modern design rug and we have been given precise instructions about cleaning and maintaining this piece of art. The prices are also very affordable comparing to other bigger retailers. Totally recommend!

We took our old rug in to be cleaned and we would recommend them very highly. Not only did we come away with a transformed rug for a very reasonable price, we had an education in Persian rugs that was absolutely fascinating. Really friendly people with a passion for what they do. The place is packed with rugs, old and new, of every style you could imagine. We're buying one in the new year and wont even look anywhere else.

This is the first time I have bought a rug from Persis Rugs. Not only am I delighted with the rug - a beautiful work of art - I enjoyed the whole process of learning more about rugs from such knowledgeable people, and it was a pleasure seeing their enthusiasm and love for the art of rug-making. I appreciated the help I received in narrowing the choice down, and the flexibility in being able to try the rugs at home first. All of this made it a truly personal service, and I cannot speak too highly of my experience with Persis.
