Can not rate this garage and staff higher anuff great service took my car in for a foult to be diagnosed and they found the fault then found a safety issue that need doing that I know would need doing and fixed it for nothing five star's it won'ts 10 Stars thanks great price as well recommend you guys any day

But i told you before everything i said my car has a problem with abs pump you didn’t even touched my car still same place and you didn’t fix nothing why i have to pay. Anyway it’s rubbish garage I’m never coming back, a lot people complaining about your stuff.

BODYWORK. Firth Park Car Clinic. NEGATIVE Feedback. I’d give a minus 10 if i could.Took my car in to have some light clear coat scratches rubbed out. I was assured the scratches were rubbed out. Not only were they not rubbed out but they swirled my bonnet and ruined it. So my car now looks worse than when I took it in. My money was refunded it into my account in the hope of hushing me up. I carried on complaining. He said he could ‘fix it’. The car was worked on again to remove the swirls. The swirls are still very obvious. He told me to have it resprayed elsewhere but why should I correct their error when he’s made it look worse. Im so annoyed. He should as he caused the damage have it colour corrected at their expense with a detailer of my choice. The trainee body worker who allegedly claims to have 10 years experience….. yeah right….. should know that clear coat scratches when done correctly can be rubbed out and the bonnet would never need to be resprayed under the circumstances.Don’t take your car in to have bodywork or respray on it unless your prepared to get it corrected elsewhere after they’ve messed it up.I’d give them a minus 10 if I could.

I had bodywork done on my Nissan Xtrail and it was an amazing repair thank you I will highly recommend you to friends and family they also washed the car when done thank you again

Fantastic service, had a nasty scratch sorted by the team at firth park car clinic who did a perfect job at resolving the issue at a more than reasonable fee, charged me less than a third of the quoted price from BMW Sytner. Recently had another scratch sorted by Ben who sorted the issue in less than two hours and catered it around my busy work schedule. Top service ran by top people.
