I booked 1st Class Carpet Cleaner's to clean my livingroom and hallway stairs and landing carpets and also a mattress deep clean too after reading their reviews and because they were local to me.I was given a price on the phone and paid that price on the day.I found the whole service from the original contact to completion of the work very professional.My carpets were not in the best of condition, but they removed all the staining. The mattress deep clean was great, removed the staining on it, and it looked and smelt like new.I am really pleased with the results, quality of workmenship, and the friendly professional approach by Brett and AJ.Great company, great guys, i will 100% recommend them and will definitely use their service again in the future. Absolutely brilliant service.When you're looking for a carpet cleaner you are always worried someone will come around with no experience armed with a vax and a bit of Vanish. Definitely not the case with these guys.They have all the professional kit (I couldn't believe the size of the cleaner) and all the correct products and critically the knowledge of how to use them.I was convinced my carpet was going to have to be replaced after a spillage but it has come up like new. Thanks so much!Really nice guy too!Very happy to reccomend.

Very professional and friendly people. Worked non stop the whole time. Did a thorough clean on my armchair and sofa. Took a while to dry but I was able to leave it overnight and it was perfectly dry next morning. Came up a treat and looked almost like new. Will certainly use them again for my carpets. Can recommend them 100%.

Honestly amazing company. I was told by the estate agent the carpet was clean when it clearly wasn’t.The service I received from this company was brilliant. On time and very tidy work and it’s very clear now the carpet is clean.Cheaper than other companies and came on very short notice.Had industrial machinery and cleaned up after themselves. Also sent me a report so I could go back to my estate agent.

Really impressed with the way the guys responded to the urgency of getting my mom’s carpets cleaned at short notice, in time for her return from hospital. They moved furniture and left everywhere spotless. Even better the carpets were only damp not wet so had dried by the time she arrived a few hours later. Thanks again, your help was really appreciated and very competitively priced too.

Excellent and professional service. The contractors who came were very friendly and knowledgable. The result of the carpet clean was fantastic, better than expected. Also went the extra mile by helping me move a car that would not start from the garage. Would 100% recommend to others.

We had all the carpets in our apartment cleaned, Brett and Aj were very friendly, they were efficient and very professional, there was a minimum of disruption and the carpets came up like new. It’s rare to get such excellent service, so i felt compelled to share. Definitely worth contacting them.
