Extremely good service using the wheelchair accessible vehicle for a hospital appointment yesterday. Driver very helpful and courteous throughout. Our appointment ran late with an extra hours wait due to emergency surgery required. Driver willing to wait for us (extra fee agreed) even though it was not arranged in advance.Wheelchair safely strapped in using multiple straps and no movement of the chair and it’s passenger during the journeys.Superb service and driver made our anxious and tiring day less stressful.Would definitely recommend wheelchair service and would certainly use again if needed. Thank you A1.

The operator had said it was going to be a taxi fair of £20 - £25 however as I enter the taxi and almost begin the journey the driver says it’s £40 , I stupidly pay it only because I am in desperation but in my eyes that’s not on, not only that but the driver answered multiple calls while driving , however I’d like to add that the arrival of the taxi was marginally quicker than the estimated time..

Charging £20 one way from village outside Spalding to Spalding. All because I wanted my daughter's wheelchair aboard taxi. Discriminate and extortionate. Shouldn't charge more for wheelchair to be aboard. Smh. I didn't use their company.

Taxi driver was late, all time smoke, talk with the phone, listening loud music if im ask something his just ignore me and and take extra money.. not recommended to nobody trip like that

When i called it was difficult to hear and understand what the receptionist/driver were saying... sounded like they were next to a plane turbine or in a submarine. I said from where to where i wanted to go but couldnt get a clear response sk i hung up to which they texted me the price of the fare to the number i was calling from which was ok enough i guess.
