This used to be one of my favourite places in town - amazing coffee and yummy lunch. BUT they recently changed their staff and it is horrible - coffees are being served cold, my friend had to return hers twice. And we weren't the only ones - customers before and after us were returning their drinks as well. They are missing stuff from orders and everyone in general looks very stressed out and like they can't handle the workflow. Food and atmosphere is awesome, but service is below 0. Very dissapointed.

Ordered, twenty minutes later asked how much longer the wait for our meal would be... they hadn't started cooking as they forgot about our order and were outside smoking. No apology, warm soda, had high hopes as it looked like a cool spot fo a quick meal.

I love that the restaurant personnel recognise you. It makes you feel very welcomed. Generous portions of flavourful food. Good size coffees that taste great. Lovely setting. Highly recommend.
