Absolutely appalling! Promises of phone calls that never happen, appointments never made, losing records. Useless!!! It took me weeks of this before I finally got an appt - then they cancelled TWICE. Millbrook Healthcare DO NOT CARE about disabled people that they're SUPPOSED to be helping!!! Absolutely disgraceful.

This service was brilliant today. The physio team were great helping my son to decide with support to which chair to have. We didn't have to wait long and service has definitely improved with wait times. I can't fault them at all today. Great service.

We went to have a wheelchair repair with Martjin one of the engineers here. He is one of the friendliest people I know and takes very good care of my son's wheelchair when a repair is needed. His skills are second to none.

They provide an absolutely appalling service to people who are really in need. My complaints are endless but nobody should have to wait for more than a month for important medical equipment. They make mistake after mistake. The staff have no idea what is going on and I wouldn't trust them to look after a goldfish. Unfortunately a lot of people have no other choice but to use this service. Serious change and regulation is needed.
