Very quiet for a Saturday evening, traditional style pub. Lovely pint of Thatchers cyder. Situated on the canal side with outdoor seating in pleasant surroundings.

Lovely pub by the canal in Loughborough. The staff were friendly. The pub feels cosy and has a lovely outdoor seating area outside. It was lovely watching the barges pass by.

Parking:Had a beer with a friend 2 weeks ago after taking him to Garage for a motor repair. No mention at bar regarding registration of our cars,even spoken to the landlord outside regarding launching a kayak on the canal. He failed to mention about the parking registration scheme/permits.We have both been served parking penalties. £7.20 spent and £100 pounds each. Expensive round of drinks.

One of the best pubs I’ve ever been too!! Lovely staff, great food and the drinks are cheap as chips. 10/10, recommend to anyone

Food was not being served at all and they don't know when chef is coming back. No cobs (rolls) either. This is the second time this summer we have been there and no food available, disappointing.

lovely canal side location, close to the railway station and not far from the town centre. Peaceful walls along the canal.Well kept beers, good food, and a very friendly place to spend since time
