This was a great find during my trip for work in Bournemouth. Great, friendly staff, food was really tasty, huge portions and the tea was to die for. And it was very reasonably priced.If You're in Bournemouth and fancy some Pakistani food, you really can't go wrong eating here.

Oh wow this is the place you want to be! Take your own alcohol (buy it opposite and tell them you are eating in the restaurant and they'll knock a quid off!) and eat for well under £30 for two of you! In my top three Indian restaurants of all time!!! Absolute mountain of food! Place was busy at 5pm on a Wednesday. Says it all. Lots of people enjoying this place. Such a find. WELL DONE!

Very nice Lamb Madras, Lamb was tender and the curry had the perfect level of spiciness. Accidentally ordered chicken at first and rang up and they changed which is very good customer service. The paneer palak was a great addition as well. My other half had chicken korma and it was very tasty - not a complaint but you can notice the cashew nuts in the curry however it was very tasty. Had garlic rice with both curries and it paired well.

Fantastic Indian restaurant. Got there around 5:00pm and by 6:00pm it was full. Would highly recommend. Staff were very professional and extremely polite. Be aware that it is unlicensed, but there is a shop just across the road selling alcohol and there are no corkage charges. Will definitely go back.

The staff was very nice .The music was nice and clam . We did have a candle light dinner. The food was excellent and tasty. Its was like sitting in peace and enjoying the tasty food.

What a disappointment. This review is for the attention of the owner, Ali (sounded nice over the phone couple of times), so he might take it up with his chef.This is a second order that we placed this month and for the second time we got disappointed. The portions were awfully small and definitely not worth the price (£9-10 each). Lamb bhuna meat was as tough as leather boots (not that we usually gnaw on those), the portion was literally half the container but since the flavours weren't there and the meat was tough we wouldn't have cared if it didn't come with a high price tag.The okra side dish was so bitter that it ended in a bin. Cauliflower bhaji was also inedible, lightly splattered with some non descriptive sauce of hardly any flavour. Portion sizes half the size of the containers.Tikka masala was so sweet that, again, was not eaten. Went hungry tonight.The mix grill portion was inadequate for the price we've paid, the meat was lukewarm and did not look really grilled but more like covered in a sauce. This was supposed to come with naan but it was missing on this occasion as well.In overall the quality and quantity was way below our expectations. The owner offered to add free" items on our next order (again) but

It is a must try in the city centre.It's small place is kitchen is just besides the seating area.The quantity of the food offered is unmatched.Just a suggestion - first finish the food then order something else. We gave the order together and had to ask to cancel. Owner couldn't cancel the order but was kind enough to parcel it on half price.

Very unassuming shop front, but my god was the food amazing. I had the Lahore special with lamb, sag paneer and their vegetable briyani. All exceptional dishes but the Lahore special is a must try! Service was amazing and as a bonus it’s also BYOB!We had relatively spicy dishes which is amazing because some other Indian restaurants tone down the spice. As such I’ve been coming here multiple times and I’ve never been disappointed.
