They were very conscientious and left everything really tidy (even tidier than it was in the first place) and were also considerate to the surrounding neighbours properties. Adam and his team are first class.I've used them on a couple of tree/bush projects and always impressed by their skill, thoroughness and knowledge.Always clean up afterwards but what I like most about them is their willingness to give great advice on how to maintain. Adam and team have just left, having taken down a huge conifer and pruned our other trees back from telephone lines. Everyone was very professional and polite, and our garden is tidier now than when they arrived! Adam dealt with the necessary planning applications we needed on our behalf and the communication throughout was spot-on. The team were really safety conscious and worked quickly. I needed a 100 ft conifer to be taken down. At one stage it felt it easier to get an appointment from a Neurosurgeon than a Tree Surgeon.Till I met Adam at ProArb Services.Came when he said he would turn up to give a quote.Gave me a date and confirmed it nearer the time. Turned up on time with his crew of young professionals . Adam and his team took down our massive old oak tree which had split down the trunk and sadly had to be removed. They took the tree down in two days, as opposed to five days quoted by other tree surgeons, and there was no damage to property. Subsequently the garden was cleared out thoroughly. Adam is a pleasant person and his price is comparatively reasonable. Very pleased with his work. Thank you.

Fantastic service from Adam and his team.Needed 2 trees completely removed and 2 trimmed back extensively. Also needed a large hedge trimmed to half the height.Adam and the team arrived on the day/time agreed even though it was raining heavily and completed the job flawlessly. They cleaned and tidied up everywhere afterwards as well! Highly recommended!
