You ever wonder why someone is the only builder available? Came a quoted for toilet referb. Was told it would take 10 days, ended up taking 10 weeks.Then a 7 year old managed to rip the door handle off the door. Very basic quality components used. Really disappointed with the results. Rang 3 times, emailed and sent pictures of the state of the job, none were answered.Disappointing for someone who seems like a genuine guy.

A cowboy builder.

We hired Brendan Turley to remove a load bearing wall & install 2 x 5metre steel beams. Building Control asked for a structural engineer’s report and it was discovered that the steel beams which he had installed were not suitable for the load and needed to be replaced by significantly larger, stronger ones. Brendan’s work was both dangerous and unsafe. We contacted him 3 times to replace them & he did not respond to any of our requests. In the end we had to employ someone else to fix his work & make our home safe again.
