Overall it was nice. Unfortunately the music was a bit too loud and hard to talk with friends.A lot of tasty veggie and vegan options

Food was decent, service was poor. Bought our drinks out, the glass had a black smudge/wet sludge on side of it. We asked for it swapping which they did but not without a sarcastic comment saying it was just the juice that was spilt. Very unprofessional.

Spot on.The service was super quick, the food was excellent (the cheesecake is truly delicious), the scan and pay works really well. Just a word of warning, the Firecracker main is properly hot!

We were a group of three , and could get seated straight away .Drink and food orders are taken quickly.It was explained that food is brought out as and when it's cooked not in any kind of order, oh I thought but ok.Katsu curry came first, then two of our starters then pad Thai then another starter then we waited and waited and waited finally having had to afk our final main meal another katsu curry arrived due to the long delay this meal as taken off our final bill, which we were grateful for.This is not fine dining but it's not McDonald's it's Japanese nandos.

Went for a little evening meal after my daughter finished work it was very relaxed and beautiful food we both really enjoyed our first ever visit, the food was amazing and could of stayed to try everything. I got the firecracker chicken it was absolutely perfect and hot.

Have not been to a Wagamama’s for the longest time but decided this time to try. When taking orders, we found the writing of order numbers on our placemats to be a bit weird.The food was ok, nothing special - unfortunately the gyoza’s weren’t the best. The gyoza skin isn’t quite akin to the authentic dumpling skin and the fillings are all very ‘fusion’ inspired.I had the grilled duck donburi, which was presented well, though the flavours of the teriyaki just ended up being too sweet with not enough of the ginger twang you usually get from teriyaki sauce.The biggest let down was payment. You have to scan a QR code to pay; in an area of Trinity Walk where for some reason, the network is horrible. After faffing around with the online system, it turns out the waiter who seated us wrote the wrong table number down, so time was wasted just figuring out how to pay. Ended up just doing it over the till like you normally would. A weird addition that adds no efficiency to whatsoever.

Our grand daughter Phoebe loves wagamamas so we decided to try it. Not sure what to have and worked of recommendation of Phoebe and our server Harper who was excellent in guiding us through the menu. Chilli squid as a starter followed by the tofu ramen and hot bowl with beef. All very tasty and cooked in front of you in the open kitchen. For a first time very good as we dont usually do chains.

I ordered the yasai gyoza ramen extra spicy, however it wasn't that spicy lol. The bang bang cauliflower was disappointing too. However the staff was really cheerful which made my day better
