I would highly recommend Octagon of Southampton. To family and friends. And to any of you lady drivers out there who are like me and know nothing about cars. My experience was straight forward. All question answered along with a welcomed back if issues or problems should arise. I’m enjoying my Citroen DS3 for now but I will definitely return when looking in the future. A well deserved 5 stars!!!

We have had extraordinary service from Sue and Ian. We bought a car that had transmission problems within two weeks of purchase. Octagon immediately stepped up and agreed to pay for the substantial cost of all the repairs. We could not have been more pleased. They are great people and we would recommend them to anyone.

i have just bought my second car from Octagon and i cant thank Ian and Sue enough for everything they have done for me. wanting an automatic car is not easy to get hold of but Sue and Ian went out of the way to get me one which i knew would be perfect for me. thank you both again because your customer service is first class

We were looking for a car over the summer, and although in the end we found the car we were looking for at a different dealer, we wanted to leave a review here as Ian provided exceptional service every time we chatted to him and visited his dealership. He went above and beyond to try and help us get the right car, and provided helpful advice for as we thought through our decision. Highly recommend Octagon cars!

After being 2 years with out a car i was really nervous trying to find the right car , Ian didn’t push me into buying a car from him I was able to take my time finally found a great little car perfect for me. And my grandchildren to ride in I was a bit unsure about a few advisories when it came so Ian came picked the car up from my home and took it to get re checked for me and reassured me all was okayEven offered to check again a few weeks as I’m such a worrierFantastic customers service ✨✨✨ such lovely genuine people Ian and sue go above and beyond for their customers highly recommend octagonThank you ☺️

After saving and searching for a new car for months I finally settled on octagon, and I am so glad I did! Sue and ian went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and settled my nervous about purchasing a new car! Even had it delivered a day early! My daughter left my lights on in the car which resulted in the battery dying, completely my fault but again ian and sue went above and beyond to help me! Would absolutely recommend this company! I bought a lovely Citroen c4 cactus from octagon just over a month ago, have been meaning to do a review but being a mum of 2 time has run away with me!Ian and his wife were really helpful and accommodating from the first phone call of interest to the car to the completion of sale a week later.
