Maybe it's a great place when your getting married,but it's absolutely shocking when you are trying to register a death.Not one ounce of compassion from either of the two ladies who work there,in person or on the telephone. This was a close family death and they couldn't show any kindness whatsoever. Dreadful.

I love coming to the local registry office Lady Gilford's to photograph weddings. Being a pro wedding photographer I work non stop with the staff and I have to say that even during the COVID times they have been incredible not only to suppliers like myself but to clients, the couples who are saying their vows.

Visited to register a death. Absolutely no compassion, if not a cold experience.People in these positions should have some compassion, and maybe a smile, terrible really.
