Key safe arrived within a couple of days. We used the fitting service which was very efficient. The safe arrived on the Friday and was fitted on the Monday. The fitter was prompt, professional and gave us advice on where best to fit it. He only took a few minutes to fit the safe and cleared up when he had finished.

Great service had my supra 500 for 4 years I broke it trying to change the code with a screwdriver totally my fault. Claire was really helpful fixed it and sent it back for free next again day.

They charge almost £8 for 4 screws.They say it’s going to be posted via DPD but it came via Royal Mail. They would have paid approx £1 to post it if not less as it’s under 100grams. Yet they charged me £4 for normal postage. It claims it’s signed for too. Just came through my letter box!

The C500 Keysafe is a fantastic bit of kit. Heavy, well made and looks very strong. Much better than the cheaper alternatives. The delivery time was very quick and it was well packed. It was easy to install with good precise instructions. Setting the code was also very easy. Peace of mind for £70, money well spent I think.....

The C500 is a very well made, secure Key Safe. I have no hesitation in recommending it. The company are a pleasure to deal with and the service is excellent.

Website is simple and informative, easy ordering procedure, Keysafe delivered within 36hrs. Simple to fit, VERY sturdy, easy to set-up code and in use by carers at my Mothers house. No problems at all, and would not hesitate to recommend. Well done!

Excellent service from The Key Safe Company when I experienced a fault giving rise to a security breach. Everyone I spoke to there was attentive to my concerns and willing to rectify the problem swiftly. A replacement safe was dispatched to me without quibble. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Well done Key Safe Company.

Purchased key safe for our caravan and it was fine for 7 months. Then it stopped locking so our guests were unable to use the key safe. After telephoning the company we were given instructions on things to try to solve the issue & advised to send it back if it didn't work. After a 3.5hour drive to the caravan, the key safe would still not work no matter what we tried, so had no option but to send the item back to the manufacturer & asked for a refund (as we have had to place another key safe on the caravan in the meantime to ensure the smooth running of the rentals.) Key Safe Company are refusing to refund saying they can be a bit temperamental but there's nothing wrong with it. For the price I paid I don't expect a temperamental key safe I expect one that will work every time to ensure our renters can get into the caravan. A temperamental key safe is no good to anyone. Not at all happy & out of pocket.
