Currently taking part in crafting there. Food is extremely good value in the cafe - £1 for a cup of tea. They put a lot on for the local community

The centre is well prepared for the new social distancing controls, however the location and cleaning processes were not fully sympathetic to any training taking place.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. A gem of a place within the local community. Not only do they provide courses and training, but also provide advice and resources for a wide range of needs.

Great community centre! Always lots on here ranging from cscs courses, sia courses and lots more with friendly, helpful staff who go out of there way to make sure you get what you need or a way to help. The on site cafe/snack bar is cheap and has a good selection. Also has a food bank and close by is a nursery and st George's church itself. Give these a try see for yourself x

I don't know what it is or why Google has accused me of attending, but I'm sure it's magical. St. George was pretty wicked so an entire community centred around him has to, by default, be pretty right on.

St George's do a variety of different courses for adults and young people, and after school club's for children, they have nice staff, they also have a cafe, and a nursery for under 4's next door, and they also have a food bank, among many other thing's like for health and stuff. X

Iv taken part in recipe bags and cooking courses and both was brilliant, they delivered my things I needed during lockdown and all staff was welcoming and friendly in person and via telephone. The food bank there is there when people need it and they do there best with what they've got. I can't fault the place or the people in it! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT ST GEORGES

Nice place, or was, staff require more training, far too judgemental, some staff require further training around children, pets and individuals, far too many people hide behind their roles and need to sort their own issues out first and foremost.
