Not my first time going to Experience Hair Design, but my first appointment with Katie, and I was very impressed. She was really friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her. She gave good advice and did a lovely restyle on my wayward hair. Never been disappointed by experience. Britta is great too! I would highly recommend them.

Carla was brilliant. I’ve got super long hair and am terrified of getting it cut, she was so patient with me and kept checking in at each stage to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the result. I’ll definitely go back and am much less fearful of hairdressers now!

I look that you can book online but I won’t ever be going back here ad twice now the same stylist has ignored what I’ve said about not cutting my hair too short or making it too choppy as it curls up easily and looks awful, but twice she’s cut it just like that even though I clearly stated not to do it like last time this time. I don’t know if she ignored me or only knows how to cut hair like in the 80s but now I’m going to have to hide it under a hat and hope it grows out soon as it’s made me not want to leave the house it’s that bad!

Booked in for a wet hair cut. Got there, got told to sit in waiting area. Didn't get offered a drink or anything. Them got sat on a chair and instead of wet haircut I got a dry one, even though I said I wanted wet. As it's the same price I paid over £20 for a 10 minute hair cut. And the hair isn't cut straight. Won't be going there again.
