I had shown the hairstylist, Karl the desired haircut I was wanting; a long bob with a fringe. I verbally descirbed the haircut and reiterated with pictures. He proceeded to cut my hair without talking through what he was doing and ignored my brief. He didn't cut in a fringe and I now have random longer pieces of hair at the front. It definitely doesn't resemble the pictures. I wouldn't recommend. Now I will have to go to another hairdresser to correct this mess!

From the friendly greeting on arrival, via the consultation, washing, COFFEE, styling and purchasing of kit and making my next appointment - the whole experience is relaxing, joyful and stress-free. And I look and feel really good at the end of it.Rachel is astonishingly patient and skilled - but everybody contributes. It’s FAB!!

Five stars always for my Toni & Guy experience. It’s a real highlight of my month to have my hair sharpened up and stylish in a great atmosphere by Rachel who is the best stylist ever.Everyone from being greeted at reception to leaving makes me feel nurtured and great!

very disappointed with whole experience including hair cut. was not offered a drink for the whole time i was there, no products were used. my hair was straightened without the use of hair protectant spray. i’m not happy with my hair cut as it is not straight and very uneven and one side is longer than the other. i do not feel that the cut has not been done professionally and is not the result i was hoping for from a Toni&Guy salon.

Really pleased with my new hairstyle. The stylist was very attentive and made sure I was happy with all aspects before proceeding. My hair looks even better than I hoped for! The receptionist and young lady who washed my hair were lovely and friendly, overall very impressed.

They do not know the difference between ombré and bayalage or how to add layers. Had brown roots painted on? The cut was the same all the way around, no definition. When I said it wasn’t what I wanted I was told my stylist was a graduate and price was reflected in this. Was still £100 for the worst cut / colour I have ever had. Won’t be returning.
