Kate's Thai therapy
I had a one hour massage combining stretching, hot stones and oil. I feel much better now, which is very helpful to relieve my muscle tension. Bella is a warm and kind person. Definitely be back again soon. Thanks Bella.

Cannot recommend Kate enough. She was absolutely professional and attentive to my requirements. I was in need of a firmer massage to deal with pulled muscles and Kate was absolutely able to deliver, all the while being cautious to insure I was feeling ok and able to cope with the pressure.She applied a plethora of techniques, from applying standing bodyweight pressure, hot stones and introducing me to a fascinating hot to cold Thai massage balm which worked wonders to mitigate my inflammation.I will definitely be back again soon and will be my go to for all things massage.Thank you again Kate!

Bella is very proficient in her approach to treatment and most importantly her unique signature therapy of Thai massage technique I found very much what I was missing and best suited for me based on previous Thai massage treatments from other therapists I tried (every therapist have their own style), I will keep Bella's approach on top of my list for next treatment. Bella gave me an excellent massage. I like fairly strong massages and she was able to deliver in spades. She has very strong hands, and I really enjoyed the incorporation of the Thai with the hot stone and western techniques. I left feeling so relaxed. I highly recommend her!

You often see reviews claiming ‘the best massage in London’. But I’m confident in saying this really is the best massage in London. From the outside you would have no idea that downstairs is a warm and incredibly comfortable massage studio. Bella is kind, professional, and brilliant in the way she combines different Thai techniques in her massage. You really are missing out if you’ve not visited.

Bella is a very professional, skilled and friendly massage therapist. She is strong and was spot on when applying pressure on the areas that I had really tight muscles and knots. I highly recommend Kate's Thai therapy and will certainly come back again.

I’m so glad Bella is back. She is a miracle worker with her traditional Thai massage. I feel so much healthier and fitter with each visit.
