Our experience with Finders Keepers Central Oxford was great, primarily thanks to Amy Stanley, who showed us around the property.She was friendly and provided prompt updates, which included the news of our offer getting accepted. The way she helped navigate us through the paperwork was particularly commendable, making the whole process a lot smoother than expected.Overall, it was a very positive experience. I'd definitely recommend their services, especially if you get to work with Amy.

Best agency and best team I've ever talked to! I was looking for a property in central Oxford, I didn't have much time and was very stressed. In a short time, The Finders Keepers team helped to find the perfect property with the perfect budget. They are extremely supportive with their clients. An excellent lettings experience! Finders Keepers Central Oxford helped me find a rented property for my parents, who will be living in Oxford for the first time. In a few weeks, Finders Keepers very professionally facilitated a smooth lettings process in the space of around a week, from first viewing to signing the Tenancy Agreement for the property. I recently attempted to rent a property through Finder Keepers, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. Initially, things seemed fine, and I even provided notice to my current place(I don't have any place to go to now). However, out of the blue, after going through all the necessary checks, they informed me that the landlord no longer wanted to work with their agency and had reclaimed their keys. The frustrating part was that every time I called them, their story was different. They'd promise that the landlord would pick up the keys on Monday, then suddenly claim they didn't even have access to the keys. Frankly, it's hard to believe they made any sincere attempts to contact the landlord.I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from considering Finder Keepers for their property needs. If you want to avoid unnecessary hassle and stress, look elsewhere.

I thought there is no better way to thank her than to write this review.We live in Perth Australia and my daughter was due to commence her studies at the U of Oxford in Jan 2021. Trying to get through the administrative red tape in the middle of a pandemic is a nightmare. Her college informed her that it is unable to offer a room as she is commencing in Jan and not Sept. We thought it would be easy and embarked on apartment hunting in Oxford from across the world. We then realised that she needed a right to rent"

Really good experience finding a rental property with Amir and Amy S they were really organized and communicated well throughout the process making finding a rental straightforward. I would recommend them :)

Had the worst experience with them. After confirming that the landlord had accepted my offer, they provided me a contract to sign, checked my references, ran my credit, and arranged a moving company for me, all after I had paid the holding deposit. Despite confirming the move-in date, they called me a week and a half before the scheduled move just to inform me that the landlord had decided not to work with them anymore, citing disagreements between both parties. Consequently, I could no longer move into the place. They weren't even able to connect me with the landlord directly, so I could attempt to negotiate with them directly.This left me in a predicament as I no longer had a contract for my current place and had no other place to move into. I had a week to find another place, which is too short a period to find a place in Oxford.Wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
