ordered a fuel cap, never came, weeks later after they arguing it was delivered they just went quiet. emailed them agsin recently where they basicsy lied telling me it had be refunded but they will check, well it’s never been refunded and now they’re ignoring me, AVOID AT ALL COSTS,

bought brake pads, not happy with them at all, threatend with solicitors and im stuck with pads that dont perform and cover my bike in brake dust despite the brakes not binding and being cleaned regular. just keep getting told they are normal pads. £47 for pads I cant use without my black bike looking red all over the front.tried to contact the main supplier they mentioned and was ignored. so send your solicitor, looks like alot of others dont get looked after either.the photo was a short ride. No binding, wheel rotates fine, looks like the cheap pad is exploding. Normal eh. buying different pads at a loss now..enjoy the £47

Ordered 2 split links for my bikes as I needed to shorten the chains, package arrived with only 1 in.Called and was told to email the office, not unreasonable, and they'd dispatch 1 on Monday. That was the 13th. Nothing as of the 20th. BUT.....Spoke to Johnny tonight and he was more than helpful and gave me a refund for both links which was kind but not necessary I feel kind of bad now but that is an amazing gesture and I would happily recommend OHA.

Ordered a set of brake lines on July 19th waited nearly 4 weeks for them to be posted, Royal Mail returned them to sender for no apparent reason, I contacted them to be told they'd be resent out of goodwill? I've asked numerous times for another tracking number and constantly get ignored. Wouldn't bother using them

Visited the shop to collect a set of plugs and leads they said they had in stock. Once I arrived I was told they don't have them in stock. I was then told I made the mistake and that its my fault for not giving the correct information. This was false and I gave the correct information as I told him its for the gsxr 1000.Wasted my time as it was a 2.5 hour round trip. Avoid at all costs as they got aggressive and rude when I stood my ground and informed they I didn't make the mistake.

Wouldn't bother my good buddy 9rdered brake lines was given 2 tracking numbers 2 months on and no delivery ..no response either ..told me on ebay theyvresoond to everyone but clearly don't. Stay clear

Where do I start.I returned some brake lines because I ordered for the wrong bike. My bad., It was about 8 months after I bought them because I’m renovating a bike. However they said they will exchange as a gesture of good will.1. They insisted they hadn’t received them, even though a picture of the courier was taken outside the property.2. After sending an email written by the courier to deny they had received the hoses, (So I could claim my compensation for a lost item)they decided they had received them after all.3. I phoned them a few times during this process and they were extremely rude and unhelpful.4. I had agreed to pay £9.95 extra for inconvenience and return postage.5. I phoned to give my bank details and he confirmed the transaction has gone through.6. I wait and wait and wait.7. Transaction hadn’t gone through, but they couldn’t be bothered to tell me.8. I give up.9. Wife gets involved, and sorts it out. (So she thinks)10. I finally get hoses for my bike. They are the totally wrong colour, the packing is open and no banjo bolts. So totally useless to me.Luckily I ordered other ones from a proper company.11. OHA. Enjoy my £70, you obviously need it more than me. But it’s the last £70 You will get off me and everyone else I know.

This is my first experience of this business and I phoned ahead and was told they close at 5pm so I left work early and arrived at 4:30pm to find no-one there and the shutters half up. So I waited until 5:20pm for their return to conduct my business. In case I was fobbed off with a 'were closed mate' I casually mentioned that I had arrived at 4:30pm. I didn't mind waiting, but I could hardly believe my ears when the response of the young man in his 30s, was to call me a liar, arguing that he had been there until 4:45pm.After I had arrived, I spoke to their neighbours who informed me that their van had just left so I headed back to my car and ring them in case their phone was diverted and I could ask when they'd be back. This phone call was timed at 4:32pm so clearly, the young man I spoke to had made a mistake, but rather than talk civilly, his response was to dispute what I had said and argue about it. Clearly, this young man is disturbed. We all have problems but this is no way to treat a customer.I do hope that this was not the owner that I spoke to, but they've lost my business. That young man needs to get some serious help with his attitude.
