I've used Milk and more for several years now, with what must be hundreds if not a few thousand pounds worth of orders.I use it because I have severe social anxiety, so can't just pop" down the shops to get milk.When the service works

Five failed delivery attempts in a row. Not one successful delivery from five attempts after trying two different addresses! Nothing remedied after at least six phone calls to customer services despite assurances every time that the issue would be resolved. Incredible. I cannot understand how this company is still in business.Astounded Previously Interested Customer.

So I had a similar experience to everyone else it seems. It started great. Not 1 week was missed but about 5 weeks ago it all went to pot. I got no deliveries for 5 weeks in a row.I found it a little odd that they just cancelled them rather than trying to make up on another day. I made two attempts to contact them about this but no response. I know my second message was read, because my account was cancelled liked I asked, but still no word from the company.Really poor customer service. One of the most basic fundamentals of customer service, is responding to contact rather than just ignoring it. I have now switched a another supplier and will certainly not be recommending Milk & More (less) to anyone.

3 missed deliveries in a row, 3 hours on hold over 4 attempts to contact customer services. Not good enough, cancelled my orders & deleted my regular items its just not worth the hassle.

So I started to recently use this company and was happy paying for milk 3 times the price than the local supermarket. The first 2-3 weeks was perfect and enjoyable, however then to awake to find no milk has been delivered with no update prior to let me know I was pretty disgruntled, I contacted milk and more via the live chat on their website, the customer service was shocking and just received a copy and paste message to say they were sorry with the least amount of sympathy.I then waited until my next delivery, NOTHING AGAIN! I contacted Milk and more a second time via the live chat to receive the exact same copy and paste message as before, I am not started to feel frustrated, I ask customer services if this is going to happen again next time as I need to have milk for my morning coffee and the childrens cereal, again a very blunt message to say they dont know!She then told me that they have been struggling but the following week will be back to normal, So I bite my lip and be patient, NOTHING AGAIN on the Monday, I use the live chat again to be told that I wont be receiving anything but the next week things will be back to normal.I left 6 bottles outside to be collected, 4 were inside the Milk and More container I purchased, and 2 were right next to it, I didnt check the insulated box on the wednesday or the friday morning (My deliveries are Mon-Wed-Fri) because I was told that I the following week things would be back to normal and also the 2 bottles outside the container werent collected so why would I have the need to check to see if milk was delivered on the wednesday or the friday? Milk must have been delivered on the Wednesday and only collected the 4 bottles that were inside the insulated box but not the 2 outside which were 2 inches away from it?Friday 4pm my daughter opens the box to find a mouldy bottle of skimmed milk? I only order full fat and gold top? I had also received an email to say that money was being refunded, This must have been for missing the Monday delivery?Overall I would strongly advise anyone thinking to use this company to think again, Its such a shame from such a good business model to such an awful experience. If you live local to the depot you may have a different experience but from my experience I am trully disapointed in the level of service and after care. I have now read through the reviews for this depot and things do not look good so I know it is not just me experiencing these issues.I have also noticed that you ask many of your customers to send a message on Facebook, Sadly I do not use Facebook so what other options do I have?Oh well back to the traditional way of buying milk from the supermarket! Oh wait? wasnt milk being delivered by the milk man the traditional way?

Placed an order for delivery on Thursday 16th. Noting was delivered am unable to contact them for a refund as all contact details are getting ignored. My next step is a charge back from my bank account.If you do reply to this I have already sent 3 emails to your contact email address and tried calling. Your Web chat is switched off.

Can't complain! traditional whole milk is too die for it takes you back to when you were a kid, reading the reviews about the milkman being noisy i had no such issue, didn't even wake the dog up! and he usually hears everybody walking up the path!

I have been a customer of Milk & More since 2019, they were brilliant during the pandemic. Then on 5 July 2021 my deliveries stopped and I haven't received one since. I have spoken to both Milk & More who suggested I switch my delivery day to a Wednesday and to Oato who suggested I wait until September. I have done both and still no milk has arrived. I will now be cancelling my order, so annoyed.

Since May people in Chichester have no longer had a regular milkman. The rounds are worked out by an algorithm and these lovely people, like our regular milkman Rob, are told where to go each day. Rob looked out for us and really cared and I'm sure will no longer be happy even if he is still there! We have had so many missed and wrong deliveries since this change that I am now leaving. I hadn't done as I thought Rob must be ill, but there is no need for loyalty now.
