16.26pm in the shop it this disaster situation.Only one till serving customers, very long queue- around 20 people.I have taken reduced electric item and they said I have to check I can sell to you.Called manager, I been waiting for 10 minutes and manager did not show up.Came one of the staff who was telling me that she legally cannot sell item without manuals and box.I have tried to explain that I am already waiting 10 minutes and I would appreciate if she can help, her answer was - I only came now and you need ti wait. Was not pleasant answer to the customer.Great shop, poor customer service by the staff who is working upstairs.Ladies at the till lovely.

Probably have anything you need for a decent price. I purchased basically everything I needed for my new cat in here. I visit regularly for random bits I might need. Lots of (free) parking outside. Only issues are there's often tags missing so you can't see the price of something. I can also basically never get a trolley for some reason.

I love the Range. Perfect for a quick bargain and very useful for the varied product range. However with only one person serving almost every time I go, and too many staff members walking around seemingly doing very little I spend more time waiting than I do shopping

Would not shop here again. VERY RUDE and some what RACIST!! As a disable person with a MacMillan toilet card. Tried to explain toilets were dirty and was told there was a white old lady that used the toilet before me and she didn't say anything. Re-training comes to mind for the white people working there. P.S No Managers where available"

Very good store. Good selection of all household products plus the blingey bits for your house..... But service is terrible only two tills working. And o so slow. And when there is no bar code and they put a call out for someone to come it takes ages. And all the time the queue just gets longer. Pehaps it would be better especially when it's busy to open all the tills to keep customers Moveing...

It's not the range that is good but the cafe inside let's it down come in on Saturday and the rwo girls miserable and dirty the food was cold need to teach better manners and be more presentable

Shop itself is ok , plenty of things to look at and all sorts of things from paint to furniture, at present it has it's Xmas display up which is really nice , avoid DeeDee's cafe for anything more then a drink though !!!!! They always say ovens are broken whenever you want a pizza , and no potatoes if you want a jacket this has been going on for years , ordered a serving of chips last week was given a plate of 8 chips !!!! At £2.25 I think that's taking the biscuit ! But apart from.that the Range itself is worth a visit .

Staff were amazing, from customer service desk staff member Ashriya to the department manager helping us carry the furniture out off display & into the van.Staff were amazing. Item has been discontinued so we was able to buy the display model.Couldn't ask for more top notch!!

Good range, got everything you could need. Slightly untidy and messy. There was an awful sweaty smell at the checkouts which made me feel ill. Parking is good and easy, staff are nice.
