My appointment was at 11.30 its was then changed to 12.30 as i was on my way to the shop, Abida is very sweet with her words and make out to be she is a professional so you believe everything she says, went it with dark brown hair spend £180, wanted balage done light brown colour, she didnt do no colour to my hair just little stands of light brown and said its the process of the colour correction and expect me to come back and pay more, she didnt give me no sympathy or any sort of refund considering she did my hair darker than i came in with, no colour, coloured my roots black when i requested dark brown, please avoid and save your money, really bad place and over priced, trust me a home job is better

I've struggled to find a lash tech and coming to the glam shop has changed that! Warm welcome & great service. They do their best with fitting you in. I've had no problems and love getting my lashes done here. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Hi EveryoneI just wanted to leave my opinion hereUs I make appointment with this lady for lashes, she approved, that she can come to my apartment for the apartment, and she ask for 20 £ deposit,I was happy to pay , so I pay depositAnd we schould see at 4 pm , but contact with her was relly poor , for all day , after 4 pm she finally replied that her car broke down and her phone is dead.Very poor communication and absolutely unprofessional customer service.After 3 times asking about deposit back , she finally send it .0-10 .
