I would unequivocally recommend this excellent care agency. When my mother's illness dictated the need for assistance in bathing they rapidly attended and instructed carers.All the staff we encountered over the ensuing months were lovely and treated mum with v great dignity and added to her daily comfort.When mum passed the agency have maintained contact.Richard Skinner

Right at Home Bromley provided excellent care for my mother just prior to going into her Care Home. The standard of care and carers provided were first rate and you could tell that Raja and his wife truly cared and that we weren't 'just another number'. I can highly recommend this fabulous local care provider.

I have work with Right at Home for almost two years, which i enjoyed working with this company. The management is very supportive to their clients and their family including us Care Givers.my favourite is when we are having team meeting, i so look forward to that day as we all feel as part like a family, great team work, My manager Raga is a brilliant person

My Mum received excellent care after discharge from hospital. She had lost a lot of confidence. Raja and the team were totally focused on supporting Mum to get back to being able to live at home independently. I feel reassured that if Mum needs any extra help again, right at home is available. This is especially important to me as I live far away in Australia. Raja is extremely responsive and flexible to changing situations. He also offered us great advice as home support was new territory for us. I cannot thank everyone enough for this reliable, friendly help at a time of difficulty.

“Disgraceful company.” Avoid.This agency worked with me for around two months. The first carer they supplied was standoffish and cold. After a week or so of living in, she began ignoring my calls without warning (after telling me she would come and help if needed). She refused to leave her room, and left me in a puddle of my own wee all night. She did not apologise. The management took weeks to replace her. The next carer was better, and much more empathetic and competent at her job. Unfortunately she had to leave after only a week. After that, there was endless confusion. Carers would be late, the management was unresponsive, unapologetic and seemed to find it physically painful to explain to me clearly and truthfully what was going on with the erratic nature of my care. One of the carers hit it on the head: “I’m really sorry about all this, this company’s a disgrace.”The third carer they supplied me with was incompetent to the point of being dangerous. She had to be monitored all the time. Tasks that took most people 5 minutes would take her over an hour. She overdosed me on three separate occasions. On one occasion, she shouted at me for needing help at night, and only apologised when I took it to the manager. The company were slow to find a replacement, despite the fact their carer was a danger to the safety of their customer. When this carer finally left, it turned out that the agency had lied to me about the replacement being NG tube competent. They refused to apologise.I’ve given Right at Home one star, as there are some good carers (although some are more competent and nicer than others). I can say with confidence that all the care workers have kind hearts- it’s such a shame they are so seriously let down by the shoddy management.If you want consistent care, transparency, and a responsive management, Right at Home is the last place to look.I would suggest avoiding this company. I wish I had.

I cannot recommend ‘Right at Home Bromley’ more! They came into our lives at a very stressful time which occurred very fast! From the moment I stopped my car and entered the Premises I was greeted with a friendly face, a comforting and efficient manner and truly professional action! They stepped up in a matter of hours with a Director of the company visiting our home, sourcing charming and flexible staff who were individually selected to suit our needs and the right personalities for the member of our family to ensure they had the nicest experience. They went above and beyond helping with even moving furniture as we had no time to engage additional help. They have continued to give us 5 STAR SERVICE adapting our requirements at every turn with no hesitation. We are confident knowing our family are in good hands at all times with such a professional ‘Team’ at hand.

I love people from Right At Home. They are kind, patient and loving people, who You can realy trust and be with. They are very professional. I recommend RaH for workers and clients :-)

My father (who has dementia) is being cared for by Simone (Right at Home). She looks after him superbly, with just the right balance of concern and care but without sounding patronising or cross. We are very pleased with the quality of care my father is receiving. Our experience of the organisation is also a very positive one.

This company provided daily home care to my wife's very elderly, frail but very astute relative for over two and half years. I cannot praise the care and attention to detail enough. The carers are so well trained and if there was to be any change of carer, even if only temporarily such as for cover for annual leave or weekend leave, the replacement carer was always introduced to our relative and her care explained some time ahead of the change. This always meant that there was perfect continuity of care, with my relative's needs and preferences always being carried out exactly as she wished them to be. It also meant that she knew the carer that arrived each time. The respect and diligence shown to our relative was outstanding. It was perfect! All of the carers seem to have been perfectly matched to our relative which meant that we never once had to complain or ask for a change. There were regular phone calls asking if we were happy with the service and for updated information to make sure that the care remained appropriate. The caller / manager would always listen carefully and document the whole of the conversation to make sure that our relative's care was carried out in the very best way possible.

I have worked for Right at Home bromley for more than 18 months now.The office members are laid back. They're all willing to talk to you and work out any problems that may come across. Regardless of what time it is, I can call them with any concerns or questions, and they will take care of my needs.If you call the office, the person on the phone gives you all the attention you need. They are easy to get along with.They are all very receptive and very calm.I feel comfortable voicing ideas and opinions because they are so open and helpful. They make me feel heard, and they help me work through things without putting me down.The office provides team meetings to which some of these involves activities which allows to get along with all the Carers as well as the Office team.It shows good spirits and somewhat a good team growing within Right at Home Bromley.
