First time at this location, from booking in to unloading, the staff were more than helpful and very professional at their jobs.Shame no samples!! on a hot day like today.

I want to let you know that you have the most humiliating team in skelmersdale with the most inconvenient employees as the interview says another and actually nobody is interested. I was very disappointed to work there and be treated like an animal

Poor. Apart from the name change, you then have the challenge of finding the correct bay/building to load or unload. A call prior to arrival is advised

used to work here but moved on because I have never worked somwhere so terrible in all my life. no real trainning given. forced holidays. not a single penny extra for overtime but you are expected to come in on your days off. not even worth a star also the shelf life codes used to get wiped off out of date ice cream then re coded and repackaged. I witnessed one women several times taking ice cream mousse out the bin with a shift manager watching they have cameras and I have dates. this place is no good if your english I found communication hard as 95 percent are foreign but the production staff are great and very hard working. such a shame they are being exploited in such manner and being treat like a number. greedy company with greedy ego-tisctic and racist managers a place im happy to say no longer is in my life.

Awful! Worked here a few years back, only job I have EVER walked out of, horrible management, racist foreign workers who look down on you for being English and rubbish pay too. Started my journey to become a Civil Engineer a few months after and never looked back!

I honestly do not recommend, poor shift and factory managment

3hrs waiting to unload... here is a suggestion you write drivers contact number on paperwork and call them in order to stop drivers pushing in as you have no space for all the lorrys that turn up

Friendly staff and security on arrival. Tight yard to reverse a few tankers in but staff guide you in and keep oncoming traffic at bay .

Very quiet, this morning.An extension to the warehouse means a new access door.
