Had a clutch replaced here at PGS Garage Services Hamilton Road Portsmouth and what a bodge job. Ive just had the clutch replaced AGAIN at another garage. I never mentioned it was replaced not long ago or by PGS. The new garage said it looked quite new but cheap parts had been used. They showed me the clutch and the damage caused and for peace of mind showed me the new clutch that was being fitted so I knew it was a decent brand. Now I'm out of pocket by nearly £700 having to pay twice.Regards to your reply. Contact with you is too late. The new clutch is fitted. No more juddering, tapping noise, grinding and I can now get reverse gear without crunching.

As usual, great customer service at PGS. Haven't used any other garage for years! Always good to see John & Sam.

Highly Recommended. I thought I might have to scrap my 2002 Renault Clio however PGS diagnosed problem and fixed within 3 hours at a very affordable price inc parts. Even notified me when car was ready to collect which is something that other places say they will do and then don't. Thank you.

Excellent service. I booked in for RAC warranty work - accurate diagnosis, dealt with the warranty company and my fault was all sorted hassle free. The car drives great and very professional service throughout.

Although we had never used this garage before and it was also a good distance from where we live, I have no doubts about using them again and recommending. Fixed our mini which my wife uses for frontline care work in a fast and professional manner at a good price. Very polite and friendly also told us they specialize in minis, which is also good as most people hate repairing them. Would have given more stars but 5 was maximum on here

Highly recommend this garage. They have helped us out many times now with a newly purchased vehicle and carried out an mot on our other car. Very reliable and honest. Kept us up to date along the way. Will be using again for both our cars!

I booked my vehicle in for an MOT. These guys did some work to it and it was hardly road worthy. Same day I got it back from MOT I had to take it back. Replaced the battery and it died again a few days later. There is a horrible grinding sound from the back. Cannot get any more than 20mph from said vehicle... They said they tested it a few times and got 30-35mph out of it. (50cc moped). I'm not impressed and I won't be going back to them.

Very quick to arrange a time for them to look at my vehicle, it was also repaired on the same day I dropped it off, my only issue was when handing over the keys I mentioned to the man at reception about tyre pressure and a warning light in relation to tyres, he said they would check pressure and reset system but this wasn't done.
