Veals Mail Order

delivery rubbish. Goods not arriving until Friday when I ordered on Monday on a 48 hour tracked service. Fishing trip planned for Friday setting off at 6am so gear no good to me now. Will have to stop off at Angling direct on my way to Wales now and then return items when I get back from my fishing trip. Royal mail advise that the sender dispatched the item at 1730pm on Tuesday and it arrived with them in Bristol at 22:47pm on Wednesday so no wonder it's going to be late.

Orders from veals a fair few times now and thought it was time to give a review. Always quick delivery and excellent customer service, one time I ordered some hooks and other bits the order wasn’t quite right so i phoned them up and the correct item was delivered the very next day! I also like the loyalty point system and would definitely recommend veals to others for their online orders

Guys I'm fishing for 50yrs inshore and offshore. Every fisher man loves a deal . So came across Veals on line and made a purchase and I'm impressed . Package arrived quickly and well packaged. Definitely be buying here again .

Excellent service from Karen, I cant thank you enough for sorting out the reel, and delivering it to my holiday address in less than 24 hours. Price match is an excellent service. Reel I ordered was out of stock and Karen went out of her way to make sure I got one capable of my holiday needs (common skate) excellent customer service, top quality products, delivery fast, and Karen is an Absolute legend, thank you once again, the reel is amazing.

Fed ex delivered my items to a different address to what I had given. I was promised a call back from Veals which never happened, so I had to chase them. I wasted a half day off work to receive no goods and no communication.

Online store has a broad range of sea fishing equipment to suit all levels of ability. I ordered a load of beginners fishing gear, tackle, lures etc. Quickly delivered, very well packaged and reasonably priced.

You cannot go wrong with Veals, all top quality gear and very helpful staff. The packaging was exceptional, i had bought some high priced rods and they couldn't have been better protected for the bashes and knocks in the back of transit. Shall definitely be buying my new winter rods from Veals. Highly recommend

Well what can I say....The customer service is not just brilliant but absolutely bloody unbelievably good!Here's why...I wanted a rod so I was browsing and decided on a particular one.I messaged Veal by their Robo chat and asked the question about the rod and also about a reel.Now this was Sunday evening and to be honest I didn't expect an answer but I got one.I asked about reels chose one then changed my mind for the other better one. Now this was after my order had been put in.I contacted them again and got told no problem.I then rang them on Monday paid the difference and got the reel that I really wanted.There was no problem with my delivery at all, everything went smoothly as it should.I can not praise the staff at Veals who were nice and polite to me even though I bothered them Sunday evening!Would I shop with Veals again?Hell, yes. Customer service as it should be, customers first and foremost.Thanks Veals.
