I have had hair extensions for many years and i have never used Angel Remy before but my hair dresser uses them all the time so I trusted her opinion plus they are cheaper but it is safe to say you pay for what you get. Once these was fitted I could tell a massive difference in quality within days. They was constantly getting tangled,notted and shedding every time I brushed them , yes I used a correct brush and products. It has now been two weeks and Unfortunately the hair got worse. I do not recommend buying from Angel remy as the hair is shocking and a massive waste of money and the customer service is disgusting they are so rude and not helpful at all they just put the blame on your hair dressers which isn't the case at all.

My hairdresser Roxanne has a trade account with this company so I ordered 3 bundles all together in May and June costing over £400. After reading positive reviews I purchased and at first I was impressed by the thickness of the hair and it seemed very good quality but It’s now November and there is nothing left to them - the shedding was the worst I’ve ever had from the get go and there was also a terrible smell from them up until they were washed ,unfortunately I definitely wouldn’t recommend.I have had extensions for over 15 years and know how to care for them so it was nothing to do with that.For reference I purchased Natural Ratio Weft Extensions - #1B Black Brown, 18/20 120 gram X3Update-In response to your reply my order numbers :RXC4HV7T-1NWW95GDD-1Happy to provide any more information.I didn’t file a complaint with yourselves due to the responses on other reviews."

Been customer since 2019. Today received order which was usual flat tip bonds. 3 bundles were meant to be shade 14. They were all completely different shades. Quality- shocking! There’s no way I would fit on a client . It’s bank holiday and obviously a big problem with having a client booked and incorrect order- so I rang up- I have no words to say how bad customer service is/was. The woman says “ who do you think you’re talking to” . I would never dream of speaking to any customer in the way she spoke to me. I asked for help to rectify and was told ( after her checking warehouse) that all shades are same. 20 years I’ve been dealing with supplies and never in my life have I had such poor customer service. They can keep the business money! Obviously need it more! Hair belongs in the bin. And training staff should be an investment along with their current supplier as it’s obviously changed. Not willing to help and fix because they are just dishing out horrendous stock. Account closed!

Best hair extensions I’ve ever had. After deciding to ditch Beauty works because their quality had gone right downhill. Been using AR hair around 4 years now and I’ve had nano bonds and weft hair, both lasted me around two years and both still usable. Only problem with them is the only option of delivery is over £7 for Royal Mail next day. Cheaper options should be offered with a couple days delivery time would be a lot better for people I think especially with how money is so tight for everybody at the moment and on top of paying for the hair it’s very expensive.

I was informed by my hair extension fitter that this is the brand she used, and I’ve had all communications between this brand and my hair extension fitter sent to me. I had no major issues for the first couple of months with the hair initially installed that was angel remy (I have tape-ins for reference) and the girl who fits my hair extensions always commented on how well I look after my hair. As I’ve never had “human” hair extensions before, I thought natural wear and tear was normal so I didn’t think much of it to begin with, and I thought the way the hair was behaving was also normal at the time. However, I noticed significant issues with it at around the three month mark and it started to only look good if it was styled, it would constantly bunch up and knot straight after being brushed, and this was not down to the aftercare I gave my hair. I use sulfate free products, heat protectant when I dry and straighten my hair once a week, never sleep with it wet, use protective hairstyles when sleeping, oil morning and night etc. However, less than two weeks ago I had another 50g fitted to try and make it look more fresh without forking out for a full new head of hair, and my hair extension fitter noticed there was a difference in the quality of the hair. 24 inches was ordered and it was no longer than 22 inch, even after paying the 24 inch price. The hair was extremely thin, and didn’t feel as high quality as the hair I had in the past.The hair was fitted regardless and had only been washed once before I noticed the condition of the hair deteriorating even more: it looked split, and in my opinion, behaved exactly the same as synthetic clip ins I’ve used before. I looked at my hair properly in natural light and there are thick, coarse fibre like strands that were black (my hair extensions are a warm medium brown) and felt like dental floss, indicating synthetic hair mixed with some human hair. Under two weeks later and I’ve had my hair removed and it’s now in the bin. This brand is saying to my hair extension fitter that it’s got to be down to me not caring for the hair, which is absolutely not the case. The customer service is awful and they offered my hair extension fitter an Amazon voucher as compensation! And then said they’d send her a sample of new hair, and a 15% refund which is next to nothing in comparison to the money I paid for new hair.Avoid at all costs, as I will now have to spend a further £500 on new, better quality hair that will actually last the lifespan it says, and I will not be using a brand that questions my integrity and accuses me of damaging the hair that I paid good money for.

Honestly the best extensions I’ve had so far. I’ve gone darker with my hair so I’ve had to change them. My old tape ins lasted me a whole year and I was re-taping them every 8 weeks. I love these extensions! Such a reasonable price. I live in London and I only go down to Birmingham to get Angel Remy. I love the staff there as well! So friendly and helpful! I love the way I feel when I leave the unit! The best! X

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely awful hair and shocking customer service. Hair is knotty and absolutely rubbish quality. Paid over £300 for this hair and after having it in for only 2 weeks asked for a replacement, to be told they cannot refund or replace because it has already been dyed. I dyed it in hope it would improve the quality and can honestly say it was shocking before and still shocking now. The person who replied to me was rude and does not care about their customers. Do you not waste your money on this company. After reading the other reviews I can see I’m not the only person to think this.Edited to add after seeing the response - I don't see how my behaviour of leaving a bad review or asking for a replacement has been at all threatening. The customer service is shocking and their staff are rude - proved by the responses on here. The problem with the hair is their fault not mine, as I said it was shocking quality before dying it. And how thin the hair is, is obviously not caused by anything I did. I have worn hair extensions for 15 years (and dyed them all) and never had hair like this. This is obviously not grade A quality remy hair but the company will take no responsibility for it, they would not even take it back to test it. Their response to my hair extension fitter was to buy one of their masks to fix it! Every single bad review on here has a response from the owner that blames the customer. Seems very unlikely all these customers are wrong.

I have had hair extensions for many years and i have used Angel Remy before so i thought the hair felt a bit different when i first got it but thought maybe once hair was fitted it would be okay. Unfortunately the hair got worse and had to be removed after 4 weeks as it kept knotting and tugging and looked awful. As expected from reading the hundreds of negative reviews online i was blamed for this for using the wrong products. Its funny that i have been using the same products as always and ive never had an issue before. Poor quality hair aside the customer service is more of a worry i can honestly say i have never known such poor customer care. I have opened a case with trading standards in the hope that this company is held accountable.
