Myself and 16yo daughter visited, both for piercings. Zero was absolutely amazing and lived up to all the positive comments I'd read. My daughter had her belly button pierced and was nervous after friends had had bad experiences at other places. He put her mind at ease and was really gentle and considerate of her. I too, had two different ear piercings and each one was done with such care. I would highly recommend visiting Zero for any piercings.

Zero is just superb for piercing. I’ve visited him on 3 occasions now; once with my daughter. He’s so easy to talk to, amazing with the explanation of what steps he’s about to take prior to piercing and was very reassuring with my nervous teen. He keeps a clean beyond clean environment. We are both planning our return in the coming weeks. Would not be tempted anywhere else.

I’ve had the the pleasure using heart and arrow for 5 years! Casi has been my artist everytime I would never go to any one else. It’s always such an amazing atmosphere to come into, we always have a laugh it’s like you’re treated like friends/family whenever you visit. I highly highly recommend any artist that works here, they are all one in a million and I feel privileged to have known them for years and to have casi’s art on my arm to show off to everyone! Keep up the amazing work guys you’re all awesome!!

Visited on Friday to get my upper lobes and helix pierced. I was really impressed and left feeling so happy.Zero was great and really knew his stuff. He made sure to show me that all the needles were new in the packaging, took his time to make sure the placement of the piercings were symmetric and that I was happy with them (which is something no one else has ever asked me before and I really appreciated it), and even asked if I wanted a break between piercings if it was too much for me.I would 100% recommend.

I have been twice now taking my older teens for a nose and belly button piercings, Zero is very good, knowlegable, professional, and reassuring, explaines the process step by step, putting us all at ease. Very good pricing for the high level of service offered. I would deffinatly recommend Heart and Arrow.

Amazing atmosphere, even better artists, had lovely discussions with artists Tom and Abbie about horror films and would highly recommend to anyone looking for good artwork. Definitely a place where I would go to get some ink again. 5/5
