Steve came out the same day to help rescue a pigeon that had fallen down the chimney and the gas fire had to be removed to rescue it. He is very professional, tidy and reasonable. I have booked him for my boiler service. Would thoroughly recommend

I was recommended to Steve by a local group. He made a timely visit tested boiler where the pump required changing. Made a timely appointment again where he fitted the new pump flush out system etc in a few hours. Very clean worker and nice person charged a reasonable charge for his work. Steve installed a boiler for me in June 2019. Because he couldn't see the pipework under my kitchen floor he had to give me a minimum / maximum quote for the pipework needed. After he'd finished he charged me the lower amount for the work. The whole job came in on budget & on time.Very impressed with the work done & have asked Steve to include me on his annual service reminder e-mail list so that he can service all my gas appliances in the future!

Steve responded to my plea for help with my central heating boiler very quickly. He diagnosed the fault and obtained the part within a few days. He fixed my boiler very quickly in an efficient manner. He is a very tidy worker and ensured all was OK before he left. He is courteous and arrived at the time agreed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. The price he quoted was very reasonable too.

I cannot recommend highly enough! I used Steve recently for a boiler service and he is meticulous in what he does and his approach with the added bonus of being excellent value for money. Not only this, he goes above and beyond to help, with me having to subsequently call him days after where he took his own time out to talk me through what steps I needed to take. Both excellent at his job and a genuinely good guy.

Highly recommended! He was prompt, friendly and successfully sorted out the problem (a misbehaving valve that kept the boiler from responding to commands). I liked the way he explained the mechanics of the system in relation to what was wrong and how it was solved. Will definitely use this company again.
