I do my volunteer work here I have learned so much and love working here. Staff are very friendly easy to get along with. Highly recommended if looking to gain experience and new skills to help you into work. I can say if you visit the store my self and the staff here are happy to help or if unsure feel free to ask for assistants. This is an amazing charity raising money for a very good cause. We are very grateful for all your donations.

Cheap and the staff are nice plus it’s a good cause. You can get a top for as little as £3, a coat for £9, books for £2 and there’s also a shelf of bric-a-brac to dig through as well.

One of the best charity shops I have ever come across. Items are priced reasonable and mostly brilliant designer bargains to get hold of. Trainers and hats good too, unworn condition a few. Selection of items are one of the best I have seen. Little wear and tear. Staff are polite helpful and professional. Could not fault at all - 10 out of 10.

A great shop with friendly staff and lots of quality second-hand items. Everything is reasonably priced and there's plenty of variety from clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories. The only negative is there's no dressing room; while you can return items that don't fit, it would be more useful to have somewhere to try things on.

They got some good stuff but the staff inventory is full of freaks, volunteers who can’t get a job anywhere else.I wanted to get refund for a second hand sofa before they were delivering it, and one of the members of staff asked me “why did I buy it if not sure about it?”.Also the old lady (grumpy manager) gave me a look and clearly was angry for asking for a refund for it.Full of unemployable freaks! Else variety of furniture / products are quite good.

Horrible rude inappropriate staff who are ignorant and have an attitude problem. I would not recommend visiting this shop or donating here. There are more deserving charities around Birmingham who would gladly take your donations and would appreciate you donating and spending money in there store. This establishment is unsatisfactory and is often dirty. The staff need to be given basic manners lessons and give the shop a good clean.

The establishment was unsatisfactory. I did my work experience there and it was not good. There was six of us and now there is only three. I am one of the people who have left. The staff had a terrible attitude. Especially the woman with the blue hair. she was one of the worst but not the worst. I would not recommend any one to go to this shop as it is filled with liars and the staff are not nice people in general.

Good quality items, usually reasonable prices and stock is rotated very regularly.

I have Just been into this charity shop to look for work clothes as I come here all the time! The girl was asking everyone to come to the till and locked the door at 5.20. The other lady was courteous and polite when I had previously asked what time you close and she said 5.30pm. The girl who gave her name as Emily was rude and said we have got to get everyone out the shop. This girl gave me dirty looks and spoke to me rudely! Honestly it is not acceptable to speak to people like that or give dirty looks!
