My daughter and her husband attended the civic centre today to register the their daughter. They were told that because they are married only one of them could go into the room to register their daughter. Whilst the Unmarried couple behind them went in together. Bromley this is not right. Stop discriminating against married people. Also, the registrar wasn't wearing mask for the appointment, so who was in the wrong!

Parking available right next to it.Booking an appointment is not that hard, usually within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on when you book it, sometimes even faster.Getting there is easy by car or even by walking.Enough guiding information to help you get where you want.Been there twice for registering births, never had any complain.You got to ring a buzzer so they open the window, only after that you can talk to them.

The staff try to be helpful. Was told to be there 10 mins before my appointment to make sure I'd be seen. Waited for half hour past appointment time.

Not been to civic centre since I had a Covid jab some time ago.Made prior calls to visiting,very efficient all round,calls and reception,hassle free environment.Both housing benefits and the registrar.Not forgetting to mention Julie on appointments desk.All changed for the better.Something to thank the pandemic for!
