I used this garage for the first time yesterday to have brake pads and discs replaced, would definitely use this garage again and recommend them for their great service, communication and friendly staff.

Absolutely useless! Took the car in to diagnose a check engine light, and a hole in exhoust silencer, after 3 hours i call them ,asking about the issues they said there is no hole in the exhoust and no errors regarding the check engine light. When I collected the car I try to show them the hole in the exhoust, but without looking they said there isn't any hole, they deleted the check engine light without fixing the issues . Very unprofessional and rude staff there.

Been using these guys for years. Gove a decent price, honest assessments and work and have fixed all problems ive ever had. Ive never felt ripped off by them like I have with other Bristol garages.Would highly recommend.

I’ll rate them one star. Good staff but absolutely mean and haughty boss. I took my Honda Civic there for MOT. The staff called me to say my car failed MOT. Without questions I asked them to fix it to make it pass and I paid the total fees without questions.One of the advisories to the MOT was that my front number plate was bad but not likely to be misread. Before I left with my car same day, I asked the person in charge on that day (the person that handed my car over to me) if I could go home to bring the number plate that same day as I have ordered a replacement and it was supposed to be delivered on that same day but since I have not gotten home I’m unable to provide it. So I wanted to go get it and let them screw it into the car for free for me since I have just had repairs worth £210 done on that same day and the screwing of the number plates would not take more than 10 minutes. He advised me to return the next day with the number plate as they were already near close of work.On the next day I returned with the car and the number plate. Someone was assigned to fix the number plate and within 10 minutes it was done. I also wanted my fog lamp replaced so I booked that in for the following Tuesday.Surprisingly the boss came out and insisted that I have to pay £20 for the fixing of number plate. I explained to him about our previous agreement but he wasn’t willing to listen. I told him I didn’t have money on that day but because I am scheduled to replace my fog lamp the next week I’ll pay for both the next week. He refused the offer and took apart the number plates and let me drive home without a front number plate (because he already removed the old one and binned it).I later returned to get the the fog lamp replaced. He had charged me £40 the first day. This time he insisted that because I didn’t pay for the number plate I have to pay £70 (recall that he took the number plate apart and I had it fixed by someone else). Because I now had the money and I lived near the shop, I booked a new day for the fog lamp to be replaced (a wait for 6 days). I arrived there today to pay the £70 and get the fog lamp fixed and he told me he is annoyed and won’t fix it for me unless I pay cash only and pay £80. While I tried to make him understand that we had already agreed £70 after the initial £40 he told me off. He refused to do the job even though I had agreed to pay the £80 and in cash he told me to go somewhere else after waiting in line for 6 days. He was just too mean to me. The look on his face said it all.Not a good place to go get your car fixed especially if you are black. Maybe because I am black! But I have to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he is not racist but just a bad boss. Very bad for business. No one I know will come there for any repairs.Edit: Thankfully I have now had the fog light fixed by Autotronics Motor Services, Pen park road. And guess what, absolutely free. Check my reviews on them 5stars!

Honest, good value mechanic. I've tried a lot of them across Bristol over the last 10 years and thes guys stand out. They don't mess about and the last time I had a warning light on a few weeks after a major repair they sorted it all for free despite it being entirely unrelated to the previous job. Top mechanics that I would recommend to anyone!

Through no fault from them. I had not intentionally let my car surpass the last date of the mot on purpose. But it was 6 week without a mot certification. I spoke with them over the phone and explained my situation. They were more than happy to fit me in asap. The mot guy was more then happy with the overall condition of my car and was sure it was going to pass untill he spotted one fault only with the car. I had the part fitted the same day and they allowed me to pop in on the following day they were open to fit me in for the retest. Which happen to be the time I arrived. So yet again for the 5th year running using them. There had me leave being satisfied with the service provided and were all very friendly when spoken to. So I can say to anyone needing work on your vehicle that this company is one of the good places to take your car and know it’s in Good hand with them to undertake honest and professional repairs on your vehicle. Well done guys I appreciate your service every time I visit and keep up the good service you’ve alway given me with other
