I never had any issues with Ridgecrest Cleaning, and I have worked for them for 16 months now. We get our stores order whenever we need them and they do go out of their way to sort additioal products we need. My area manager is very conscientious and helpful. Whenever there's been any issue with wages, it has been sorted out quickly. I have an excellent team working for me. Training is provided when needed.

I Have been with this company for for 17 months and one has had good communication with my supervisor and the area manager. no problem with pay. And if if a problem arises with any of the equipment its promptly fixed . Very happy to work with nice people

I have been with the company for 8 months. I started as a cleaning lady and have now become a supervisor. I like that in our company I can feel like a part of the team, I also like the attitude of employees to each other, I'm glad that many of them can come to the rescue if needed. All questions are always answered clearly. The opinion of employees in various situations is also taken into account. The leaders Dovile and Wilma are cool specialists, management is built at the highest level! In my opinion, the company is distinguished by its benevolence, it appreciates its employees. At the moment, I like everything in the company.
