Bunch of Grapes
Came in today and asked for directions. I can only assume that the lady I asked was the big boss. She was very rude and abrupt to me. In some cases, it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Absolutely foul, considering I approached her with nothing short of politeness. Fortunately, there was another lady, short hair and lovely tattoos that welcomed me with open arms and helped me. We even had a quick natter and she wished me a great day! A little goes a long way. Someone might want to teach this rude lady the way! Will not be returning

The experience is not that good when you know that people's belongings has been stolen at this place. Three times it happend to the people I know, 2 this year and one of them in the day light. When you approach the staff to tell them that your belongings been stolen you can see that they are not bothered about it which is very poor customer service. I will no longer be comming to this place and would not advise anyone else to go unless you want to have experience like we had. I would advise them to have some kind of security to make sure people safety and make sure that people and them belongings safe

Lovely pub behind (south of) London Bridge Station. Came here for Sunday Lunch after watching the London Marathon. Ate upstairs, as downstairs and the lovely beer garden were busy.Roast beef with braised beef cheek was amazing! Really generous portions and beautifully cooked. The staff were great. Only cask ales on at the time were Youngs Bitter and Youngs Special, but nevertheless a very good experience.

Nice place with friendly service. I did not really enjoy the food though. The parsley hummus was quite bland. The burrata was nice. My beef burger was overcooked and again quite bland. The buns were so toasted that I could not eat them and they broke to pieces when I tried to eat the burger

HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff at Bunch of Grapes who truly went above and beyond for our work Christmas do! Fantastic venue, really lovely and festive, and the three-course meal was amazing. Highly highly recommend!

I host a monthly doll meet up here every month. Yesterday there was a young lady with short blonde hair who was so patient, accommodating and friendly! Absolutely excellent customer service! The venue is also great and had a really nice atmosphere.

Good pub just outside Borough Market and near the Shard. Nice outside seating area. Much less crowded than the market eateries. Ploughman's lunch board was excellent.

Nice pub will definitely come back, for the service. Lauren was amazing she was so kind, helping me order as I got a bit stuck on what to have. As well as watching her interact with the other punters she was very attentive and efficient and definitely had every under control. The atmosphere was joyful not too much. Would definitely recommend outside space very unique.

Not a bad pub but not the best locally and its expensive (even for the area). It does have what seems like a nice outside space so I will go back and see if that improves things as it feels a bit soulless
