Poor customer service when enquiring about a car

Very rude sales team. Asked to leave a deposit on a car then said that I was going to have the RAC come and check the car over, they told me I’m wasting my time and money and that they’re not selling me the car if I do that. I said okay I think I’ll give it a miss because it seems a bit dodgy. I then got hung up on. Very disappointing.

Fantastic from start to finish. We purchased a lovely Ford Focus which was in superb condition and a really good price. The sales team were extremely helpful and certainly knew their cars. There were a few minor imperfections that we noticed with the car and Jamie agreed there and then to rectify them. When it went back in for the works Jamie even lent me a vehicle (Thanks Jamie!!) which I thought was fabulous service as I have a 1 year old son and being without a car would have been a huge stress. If you are looking for a new car, I would highly recommend Fabian Motor Company, a great selection of cars, excellent value .We will certainly be returning customers. Thank you all.

DON’T TRUST THESE SHARKSI bought a Range Rover car costing £10,700 from these people in June 2018. Having had long conversations with Jamie Ceri James who assured me it was a great car with a healthy service record and only two owners, and had side running steps an advantage over other cars I was looking at as I have a hip problem and climbing in and out of my previous car had become increasingly problematic.It also had in car entertainment so my partner and I travelled from Devon to try it.. We decided to buy it but on having paid across the money from our account having been kept waiting around till late afternoon, when it came to receiving the paperwork, we were not given the log book. The explanation was the car had been on a private number plate and it had to be reverted to the registered number beforehand and the V5 would follow in the post. I wsa told thios could take up to six weeks when I enquired of the DVLA. It never arrived despite SEVERAL requests and I was fobbed off with excuses varying from they’d changed premises and would locate it shortly to “the previous owner was bringing it in to they were appluing for new one to DVLA. Then I telephoned and was told to fill out a V62 to obtain it from DVLA myself by Jamie Rees on 2nd November saying he would reimburse me the cost for the replacement. I duly did, but on the 19th of November a partial photo of the V5 appeared on my email from them but NOT SHOWING the number of keepers. The one from DVLA arrived on 26th November showing 6 former keepers!!. The car has several problems one which is an intermittent fault which puts it into limp mode and slows it down till it stops. This is dangerous as it has happened to me on the dual carriageway with my grandson in the car. Rather than take it back to Swansea we have tried to get it sorted ourselves as the distance to Swansea is so and we felt, we had been misled by Jamie Jamie Ceri James when we bought the car on the matter of the in car entertainment headsets (refused to supply them saying they wer not part of the car) and the service record which was clearly falsified. We’ve spent in excess of £2,390.00. and have rejected the car as is my right in law up to six months and they have firstly ignored my email yesterday and today have tersely stated “We have passed this on to our legal department. They’ll be in contact in due course”I’ve been told everyone is at a funeral today except an employee and meantime, I live in a rural area with no car and no money to replace it.

Avoid at all costs , have returned the car with on going issues numerous times , advised to keep the car as there mechanic would deal with this lemon at trade price , 6 months on I’ve been told there mechanic has gone back to Romania and they can’t help , they offered me £3,500 and I paid £8,000 , this is after 6 months

FABIAN MOTOR COMPANY pretending to be a chip shop and now a pet shop because of bad reviews. This is the sort of people you are dealing with here so have a think before deciding to give them your hard earned money. They incorrectly advertise vehicles to attract sales and do not give you your money back when legally entitled to it. They advertise cars which have been involved in accidents and badly repaired as 'in new condition'. They advertise cars as 'HPI clear' when they are not. They incorrectly advertise the amount of previous keepers. They misinform you about the cars service history. They don't even inform the DVLA of a change of keeper!. If you have a problem with any of this, they laugh at you down the phone and hang up... I have all of the above evident in a trading standards issued report and when I've saved up enough to pursue this in court, I will be . There are already several trading standards investigations into the director's dishonest practices and I strongly recommend anyone else with issues to contact Neath and Port Talbot Trading Standards to take it further
