Claire at Douglas and Gordon was superb. We were dealing with a complicated chain and she pushed, chased and did everything to get it over the line. She was professional, always got back to us immediately and kept us calm when it all looked to be unravelling. The sale would not have gone through without her and the team. Very positive experience!Received a call to book me in shortly after requesting a viewing online. During the viewing Erfan was very helpful, and had good knowledge about the flat, vendors, building it was situated in etc so had answers to all my questions. He also offered insightful suggestions of how I could make myself feel at home in the flat which was a nice bonus. He was also very accommodating when getting a second viewing booked in, which was gratefully appreciated.The viewing was quickly followed up via email, including brochure and reminder of key facts, which is always useful.
