Bought a Saab Ignition Cassette from this company in January. Part failed completely 2 weeks ago and I cannot get any response from them either through EBay, phone or email. I understand that if you pay £99 you will not get OEM but this part failed without warning and left me stranded on the motorway. Surely even a reproduction part should last longer than 6 months! I would be very conscious of this attitude before dealing with this company.

The monitor is faulty. It has ghost images.I have been speaking with Dell for weeks and they replaced it.And the new monitor has the exact same problem.I asked you for a refund.You said no.You actually said and any issues have are just a feature of the product not a fault" This is ridiculous.You can't tell me that I spend over £1
