TPS were chosen for their expertise in gate automation and manufacture. It was not a straightforward scenario due to the gradient of our drive and the drop from right to left but they were able to point to similar installations they had done previously. They provided reassuring advice and a very satisfactory solution. The installed aluminium gates with matching side panels look very attractive. Service was excellent from start to finish. Professional, responsive and fairly priced in the context of the quality and know-how that they offer. Strong recommendation.

This is the second time we have used Paul and his team at TPS Gates. Our requirements this time were for the design, manufacture and installation of a new set of wood and metal gates. The entire process was handled extremely well, with helpful drawings for approval of the design and a clear quotation. The only minor hiccup on the communication of an installation date was swiftly rectified. We even received progress photographs of our gates in construction! The quality of workmanship and components used are first rate. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending their services.

I have been a customer of TPS for some years now and felt compelled to write a review based upon my most recent experience. From time to time no matter what you buy its probable there may be an issue along the way. For me, a gate sensor was damaged from falling stone and the sensor needed to be replaced. TPS were absolutely brilliant in sorting the issue, their aftercare service is exactly how every company should operate. And in all my time of being a customer, they have always delivered first class service.Great products and exceptional service, thank you.

I have just had my electric gates and Entry System fixed by Paul from TPS Gates & Doors Ltd and am extremely grateful. I have had no end of problems with them since being fitted by another company about 2 years ago. Several companies have tried and failed to sort them, until now. I was given an estimate for sorting the most important problem, but when Paul came, he looked over the whole set of problems and fixed them all, one by one. Not only that, he charged the estimated charge, not a penny more, despite doing much more work than he had expected. I also have to say that he was very friendly and did not laugh at my ignorance, I am a doctor, not an engineer! All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this company, for arriving at the agreed time, doing an excellent job, in fact more than expected, and for an extremely reasonable price. As I told him, (after he told me the price), that considering all the trouble that I have had, I was expecting and would have been happy to pay twice as much!

We are delighted with our fine Iroko hardwood gates from TPS. Paul came round to see us to work out the best options given our sloping driveway and extra-wide gap. He helped us choose, offering suggestions and guidance but leaving us free to work out what was best, and was speedily responsive when we followed up with queries. Craig and Tom came to fit them a few days after installing the metal posts; they worked solidly and fast, and nothing was too much trouble. The technology is impressive, and they gave us a clear tutorial in how to use the remote controls and so on. Since then we've been in touch to work out all kinds of details -- how to speed up the time the gates close after opening, for example -- and they've come straight back. In sum, a great company to deal with, and the gates are just superb. And that's not just our opinion: everyone who has seen them so far says it too.
