Horrible experience, went in for a trim walked out with a butchered haircut. Avoid at all cost....*Update*as I see a response after 3 years and clearly they are thinking I was another customer as 1- I was charged 2- what they are describing is not remotely close to my hair. So yeah still poor customer service. Responding which took 3 years from the occurrence and making up a response, tells you all you need to know.

I am a regular customer here, since 2015.Debora always takes pride of how she cut my hair and I am happy with the excellent service, her advise on how to keep my hair healthy and unique way to make me try different styles. I also have manicure, pedicure and body treatment usually with Dayse (Daisy) who is very sweet and always awesome customer service. Highly recommended.

Welcoming service and after a long time not going to a hair dresser I'm very pleased with result. What a surprise as well coming in and hearing beautiful cavaquinho live playing. Loved it

This place is scamAt first they would ask less money for haircut but at end they are charging £25 for a normal haircut and too he messed it up badly. 0/10 recommended

I think I have found my new happy place- have me a lovely head massage and a cappuccino as well as a quality hair cut. Natasha put care into giving me a lovely cut.

I have been coming to Deborah for nearly two years and my hair looks the best it has ever looked. The condition is amazing and that is thanks to Debora and Neto. Neto does my colour and he is amazing! The best colour I have had and is the most professional and does what is best for my hair. I have been to places in the past and my hair has broken but Neto makes sure my hair is in the best condition and it’s never looked better. I would highly recommend. Everyone is lovely in the salon and make me very welcome.

Debora was fantastic. I initially went in for just a balayage but after speaking with her I agreed to the keratin treatment to let my dry and damaged hair mend before hand.She was so right, I was able to keep more length and my hair feels silkier than ever. The balayage colour is beautiful and I’m so happy with the results.All the staff were very polite and getting coffee etc.

Excellent results on my Brazilian keratin treatment. They know what they are doing! The missing star is for poor customer service. They seem to favour those clients who speak Portuguese as the staff are either Brazilian or Portuguese. Coffee only offered to those clients! Maybe they haven't consiously realised but it felt a bit discriminatory when being sort of ignored for coffee or chat.

I called for an appointment in the morning after 9am and they had an availability immediately at 10am. I have been told over the phone they do not accept cards and wash/cut/blow dry is £50 (shoulder length hair).The personnel was very nice and I was all done in 30 mins which was great. I like the cut too although I did not ask for anything fancy.The surfaces were covered in tiny hair and it was disturbing as I hate seeing others hairs around.The ackward situation was when it came to payment. I have been asked to pay as soon as I stood up, was never taken to the till nor given the receipt. I find it very strange.So my hairdresser was a nice person but I found the whole procedure pretty bizarre.
