Jo is brilliant and my experience with her has been amazing. From the moment I sent her a whatsapp message, she really gets to know you and your concerns. We also had 2 calls and an in depth consultation, which led to full assessment of what I needed. I have had 2 massages already and another appointment lined up. She really understood my trouble spots and really helped relieve the pain I was in. Jo also provides really specific aftercare and check-ins. I generally just love having a relaxing massage from Jo, but this week I went with a stiff aching neck. She has not only done a great job of easing it but gave me exercises for homework as well as a foot massage to help wake up my nerve damaged toes. In addition to being well qualified to treat any issues your body is having Jo is truly immersed in making you feel great and I always leave feeling really well cared for.

I have had two massages by Johanna so far and can honestly say both have been absolutely fantastic. I have suffered from muscular problems with pain for years and I also swim regularly what causes muscle strain, stiffness and pain. Johanna is very good at tailoring the massage to address all problems with a variety of massage techniques, trigger point release techniques and stretching. She has also taken the time to educate me on certain stretches I can do at home that I have benefitted from massively along with advising about different aids to help. I have only two two treatments so far and feel the benefit already. The setup is very relaxing with a nice lighting, warmed massage bed and music. I have found Johanna to be a person I have felt very much at ease with.
