Fantastic care company

I have sent several emails to branch manager, coordinator and trainer about my missing hours, had no reply and haven’t been paid correct. Very poor communication. Disappointed. Would not recommend working for Nightingale home care ( Norwich branch ).

This company is a phenomenal place, very caring, understanding, compassionate. The staff will always go the extra mile for clients. Great team. The office staff are very supportive and love team building and making sure everyone is happy. Couldn’t recommend them enough. And the co-ordinators are great people.

Unfortunately some of the staff have a terrible attitude.. if they can stab you in the back with false accusations, they will.! Steer clear of the lot of them, just dreadful

I am so glad that I made the move to Nightingale Homecare Norfolk. I couldn't be prouder of the work our carers do. They go above and beyond for all of their service users. The company offers fantastic career progression, competitive rates of pay and flexible hours. No one is ever overlooked and service users as well as carers are treated as individuals and equally. The office team are supportive and understanding and the care coordinators do their very best to accommodate all requests and requirements.I am very proud of our ladies and gents in purple.Keep up the outstanding work.
