We decided to book some sessions with Suzanne quite late in the pregnancy and we are so glad we did!We only managed to fit in 2 sessions before baby arrived but these sessions helped massively with Labour.My partner & I used all the techniques that Suzanne had taught us which resulted in an unmedicated & fairly quick birth!I honestly believe our experience would have been different had we not seen Suzanne.We would definitely recommend her to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future.Thank you Suzanne.

Suzanne's hypnobirthing course made for the most magical and perfect first birth experience. The antenatal package prepared us for the birth and helped me to have a drug free, quick and calm birth. We found Suzanne's support invaluable during what could be an overwhelming time for new parents and with her support our baby took to breastfeeding straight away. I absolutely recommend Hypno birthing, and in particular Suzanne.My previous birth was traumatic, this combined with a global pandemic, lack of consistent care and an overwhelming feeling I wasn’t being listened to led to increasing anxiety around my care. I found myself crying after every midwife appointment, literally losing sleep. I’m so glad I reached out for support.The hypnobirthing gave me the tools to take control during labour, Suzanne was the constant care I so desperately needed in the run up. A kind listener with practical guidance on how to navigate the system she gave me the confidence to push back on unnecessary interventions and ask the right questions, whilst helping me get over my fear of hospitals which ultimately led to better care on the day.She went above and beyond to keep supporting me, even during lockdown, via zoom, text and phone. This can’t have been easy but it made all the difference.My little girl was born stress free, naturally and with none of the complications I experienced before. We really enjoyed taking part in Suzanne's hypnobirthing course during my pregnancy. We always felt very informed and relaxed after the sessions. The classes included various exercises, breathing techniques, information and advice, and a relaxation at the end. Suzanne was very friendly, positive and reassuring which put us at ease. Our little boy was born on 8 August 2022. I was able to stay at home for the majority of labour using the various tools and techniques to stay calm, relaxed and in control. I felt the birth went really well and he was born very calm in the birthing pool 3 and a half hours after arriving on the labour ward. The midwives followed our hypnobirthing birth plan organising a birth pool, delayed cord clamping, and skin to skin for an hour after the birth. Our little boy also fed during skin to skin for that important first feed. We would recommend Suzanne as she gave us the confidence and the tools we needed to have an empowering natural birth.
