Been to the upstairs salon here for years and always have a fab time. Bianca is so lovely, warm and welcoming and has always made me feel right at home and beautiful and confident after getting a treatment. Quality of treatments is wondeful and the prices are amazing too. Highly recommend :)

I found Your beautique through the HD website, i wasnt sure at first what HD Brows was all about but i was in desperate need for my over threaded eyebrows to be sorted, Donna gave me a consultation and explained how it worked and what she was going to do she put me at ease straight away giving me full control of what shape and colour i wanted. i've been going there now for the past 5 months and have seen a massive improvement in the growth of my eyebrows, dont think i could ever live without my HD brows now thank you. a very friendly & welcoming salon.

Great service

Went for HD Brows treatment by Donna Gibbons, Did not have my usual stylist so gave me a cock and bull story about her personal life issues which should not have been exposed to me (or any other client), also did not carry out the 7 steps of the HD Brow process, made me wait twice whilst she started to deal with other customers who could not make their minds up of when to book their appointments hence kept me waiting 10 minutes for this in total. In the end I had to just get out of there as normally my appointment lasts 40-45 minutes this time it was hitting well over an hour leaving me frustrated and cheesed off in the end after treatment had finally finished my left eyebrow was left over plucked and both brows totally out of shape both looking different to one another. I complained via on the facebook page and asked for my old stylist they did not listen to what I had to say or acknowledge me, but wanted me to come back in for a correction appointment also which I had to pay for still even though it was the stylists fault (this was Lucy Foster I spoke to) . She was NOT professional nor trained in HD Brows the way she behaved and carried out the treatment. I will not be going back to Beautique salon again the staff lie about there qualifications so be aware of what they tell you. Unless your happy to pay for expensive treatments for unprofessional and unqualified jobs, Like I say cock and bull stories". I would not even give the salon quality because its not worth it such a disgrace."
