Contacted Rollershield after issues with two existing shutters that needed replacing after 25 years service and plans to replace a third shutter for a forthcoming renovation.From the first contact with Rollershield they have been very professional. Peter came out when he said he would, give advice and discussed the options available for us. Quotes were provided quickly and in writing to aid our decision making.Installation took place as agreed, the teams undertaking the work were excellent, cleaning up as they went and are a credit to the company. A small piece of fascia needed replacing and they returned to complete this as agreed.The only issue is the new shutters put our existing ones to shame, great quality and design. We have no hesitation in recommending Rollershield and will be using them again.

We have two garage doors installed by Rollershield on our three years old new build near Yarm. We didn't directly choose Rollershield at the outset as they were installed by the developer on all five properties on the close but must say that we have been mightily impressed by the quality of the installation and the reliability of the doors. The couple of times we have had minor snags - which were both daft little issues that with hindsight on both occasions should have been able to solve myself - they have attended site and fixed the issues with no problems with the engineers always being tidy and courteous.
