Harvester Neptune Bournemouth
Visited midweek in November. Our waitress was great, friendly and welcoming and efficient. It was not very busy so we were able to sit looking straight out to sea. The food was typical Harvester, basic but acceptable at a very good price and as my wife is veggie she loves the salad bar. What really made me question the hygiene of the place was when I visited the gents on our way out. The toilets were disgraceful with the toilet pan looking as it had never seen any cleaning products and a toilet seat that looked years old and damp and mold everywhere. I just hope the kitchens are looked after better it really put me off going back.

Visited at 1130 on a sunda. Surprisingly not busy at all. Waitress was pleasant and took prompt order, food above average and well presented. Decent value overall. Amazing view and well staffed.

Most Excellent booked online for 4.30pm 31st August as Bournemouth Air show on given windows seats. Staff very high standard attentive and friendly. Food & wine outstanding are meal for 2 including a bottle of wine less than £50. Gave the waitress a £5 cash tip great lady severed us so well and only 18 years old. GUess pictures tell the real story.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Prime location. You can see a photo of the view. I had steak for £22.50 plus unlimited salad. The salad bar becomes more sophisticated as they add some more stuff like beans.I like harvester as if I come to any places in the UK. I expect same service. Well done.

I went in last week with my family, a lovely girl called Natalia explained how everything worked (as we were sitting in the bar area). She was very friendly and helpful - food was great too and came out in good time. Would come again!

Sea facing paradise. Happening place , very god ambience and cordial staff. We drove down to Bournemouth to enjoy the beach with some good food and bear. This restaurant serves you the best of the food and the best part is you get unlimited salads. Not only its value for money but very cordial staff. Iys a must visit place.

We came for dinner but unfortunately they had an issue with the gas so the menu was very limited.The chicken rotisserie is recommended. Service was friendly and efficient. Location is perfect - in front of the beach.

Delicious food but a few things that where off. As you can see in the pictures we first got our desert, no drinks. Then the drinks came when we finished the desert. I got a spoon that was too small to stir my coffee which was not very helpful. Then lastly we got our food: It was very delicious but we also didn’t get bowls for the salad bar which you usually get with a main meal.I just don’t understand what went wrong there. We ordered online and ordered everything at once. Why would they serve the desert first though?

I had some amazing food. The server recommended my choices.The young chap that served me was amazing. Looked after all his tables will, he was knowledgable, polite and a great host.I would come here again just to be served by him and his politeness and humor.
