Use to be really good. New people now run it and my car has now grown in size, and it now costs £60 for a valet that use to cost £30. Lost this customer and I've heard may other stories like it.

Charged £40 (“reduced” from £50) for just the interior of a small vehicle. When I later saw their signage (yes I should have done this all differently!), I asked which service I’d actually had as it didn’t match any of them & seemed lots more. The response I got made me feel it was all just made up on the fly and they reeled off a bunch of stuff I hadn’t asked for. So like others have said: charge for services not asked for, require payment in cash, and don’t give receipts. Recommend that you avoid as none of this seems right…!

Went shopping at Tesco so thought it convenient to get the car washed while it was there. Asked for outside basic wash only, the guy we spoke to joked & said 'only outside not full valet'? We said NO & he replied 'only joking I just want to make more money'! Came to pick up car & got charged £20, when I questioned the price he said 'that's because we waxed & coated it in a special solution' - I told him we didn't ask for that & he replied with a smirk 'yes, but you didn't tell me not to'!

Absolutely shocking very over priced it used to be really good. They told me only cash when they had a machine there. All smears over the car still never will l go there again there very rude. I would rate them 0 £30 for a clean inside and out SHOCKING

I had booked a £20 Gold car valet for Monday morning. When I turned up, aft er a cursory inspection, I was told I had to have the £50 Platinum service instead. I declined and had some trouble taking the keys back from the hand of the Waves employee. Very disappointing and vaguely unpleasant. I wouldn’t go back in a month of Sundays.
